Our policy lasts 30 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Ganking Center Refunds
You can request a refund for almost any purchase at Ganking Center, for any reason. Maybe your PC doesn't meet the hardware requirements; maybe you bought a game by mistake; maybe you played the title for an hour and just didn't like it.
No matter. Ganking Center will issue, upon request via customerservice@gankingcenter.com, a refund for any reason, if the request is made within the required refund period and, in the case of games, if the title has been played for less than two hours. There are more details below, but even if you do not meet the refund rules we have described, you can still request a refund and we will review it.
You will be refunded the full amount of your purchase within one week of approval. You will receive the refund in Ganking Center funds or through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If, for any reason, Ganking Center is unable to issue a refund through your initial payment method, Ganking Center will credit you the full amount. (Some payment methods available through Ganking Center in your country may not support returning a purchase to the original payment method.
Where are refunds applied?
Ganking Center's rebate offer, within 15 days of purchase and with less than two hours of play, applies to games and software applications in the Ganking Center store. Here's a summary of how rebates work with other types of purchases.
Refunds for downloadable content
(Player's Lost and Found Content usable within another game or software application, "DLC")
DLC purchased from the Ganking Center store is refundable within fifteen days of purchase, and if the underlying title has been played for less than two hours since the DLC was purchased, provided that the DLC has not been consumed, modified or transferred. Please note that, in some cases, Ganking Center will not be able to offer refunds for any third-party DLC (for example, if the DLC irreversibly levels an in-game character). These exceptions will be clearly marked as non-refundable on the store page prior to purchase.
Rebates for in-game purchases
Ganking Center will offer a refund for in-game purchases developed by Ganking Center within forty-eight hours of purchase, provided that the in-game item has not been consumed, modified or transferred. Third party developers will have the option to allow refunds for in-game items under these terms. Ganking Center will inform you at the time of purchase if the in-game developer has opted to offer refunds for the in-game item you are purchasing. Otherwise, in-game purchases in non-Ganking Center games will not be refunded through Ganking Center.
Refunds for pre-purchased games
When you purchase a title from Ganking Center (and have prepaid for the title), you may request a refund at any time prior to the release of that title. The standard 15 day/two hour refund period also applies, starting from the release date of the game.
Ganking Center Refunds
You may request a refund of Ganking Center funds within fifteen days of purchase if they were purchased from Ganking Center and you have not used any of those funds.
Ganking Center Hardware
Within the applicable time frame identified in the Hardware Refund Policy, you may request a refund for Ganking Center hardware and accessories purchased through Ganking Center for any reason. You must ship the hardware back to us within fifteen (15) days of requesting a refund, following the instructions we provide. Please refer to the Hardware Refund Policy for detailed instructions on the return and cancellation process for Ganking Center hardware and accessories.
Package refunds
You can receive a full refund for any package purchased from the Ganking Center Store, as long as none of the items in the package have been transferred, and if the combined usage time of all items in the package is less than two hours. If a package includes a game item or DLC that is non-refundable, Ganking Center will tell you if the entire package is refundable during the checkout process.
Purchases made outside Ganking Center
Ganking Center cannot offer refunds for purchases made outside of Ganking Center (e.g., CD keys or Ganking Center wallet cards purchased from third parties).
Ganking Center prohibitions
If the Ganking Center anti-cheating system has banned you from a game, you lose the right to return it.
Video content
We cannot offer refunds for video content on Ganking Center, unless the video is bundled with other (non-video) content that is refundable.
Gift refunds
Unredeemed gifts may be returned within the standard 15-day/two-hour refund period. Redeemed gifts may be refunded under the same conditions if the gift recipient initiates the refund. Funds used to purchase the gift will be returned to the original purchaser.
Abuse
Rebates are designed to eliminate the risk of purchasing titles at Ganking Center, not as a way to get free games. If we believe you are abusing the rebates, we may stop offering them. We do not consider it an abuse to request a rebate for a title that was purchased just prior to a sale.
